Managing Director
Lisa has worked in the impact economy for almost 20 years, supporting and investing in social entrepreneurs changing the world. Lisa founded ImpaQt Qld in 2018 to scale the impact ecosystem. She has been on the board of numerous not-for-profit organisations and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Cape York Partnership, Bama Services, and FHEAL. Through her consultancy, Shorebirds, she has facilitated several large-scale partnership projects that create social impact. She is a member of Brisbane Angel Investors and is an impact investor.
Lisa was the founding QLD Director of Social Ventures Australia, where she was responsible for a hub of over 60 social enterprises and profit-for-purpose businesses. Formerly, she was a Partner in consulting at Deloitte and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Lisa has an MBA from Harvard University and an Engineering Degree (Honours) from the University of Queensland. In 2019, Lisa was a finalist for Qld Community Foundation Philanthropist of the Year and awarded an Australian Impact Investment Award.
Director & Impact Measurement Lead - ImpaQt Qld
Jemima is a Director of ImpaQt Qld and a 2019/20 Mercy Global Action Emerging Leaders Fellow (UN). She is a Director of All Hallows’ School, and a former Board Member at Queensland Social Enterprise Council and a QUT MBA Business Coach (2020). Jemima was a founding staff member of ImpaQt Qld and served as the first ImpaQt Qld GM. She has a Masters of Philosophy and Public Policy from London School of Economics (LSE). Jemima leads the ImpaQt work on social impact performance.
